As per a judgment of the Supreme Court passengers who had bookings for travel during the lockdown period i.e., 25th March 2020 to 24th May 2020 are eligible for an interest on the amounts held in a credit shell.
Please enter your PNR and email address/last name associated with the booking to check eligibility and claim the interest.
Terms & conditions
The interest can only be claimed directly from IndiGo by any one of the passengers listed in the booking.
If the bank account details provided to us are incorrect, IndiGo will not be liable for the interest payment having been transferred to such bank account.
Once we have processed the payment, all our obligations towards the payment of the interest will be fulfilled for all passengers on the respective PNR.
Citizens of Nepal and Maldives are eligible for tax exemption/reduction, as per applicable laws, on the airfare. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
