      Visa issuance:

      1. E-VOA can be obtained before departure at https://molina.imigrasi.go.id/
      2. Nationals of India can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 14 to 30 days. They can apply to extend their stay for an additional 30 days.
      3. Passengers can apply for a visa on arrival at Balikpapan (BPN), Banjarmasin (BDJ), Batam (BTH), Denpasar-Bali (DPS), Jakarta (CGK), Lombok (LOP), Medan Kuala Namu (KNO), Makassar (UPG), Manado (MDC), Padang (PDG), Palembang (PLM), Pekan Baru (PKU), Surabaya (SUB), Surakarta (Solo) (SOC), Tanjung Pinang (TNJ) and Yogyakarta (YIA).
      4. Certificate of identity (Yellow color passport) can be accepted on the visa B211A note E-VOA or VOA as in Indonesia it is consider not a normal India nationality passport.


      MPOX ALERT:

      URGENT-- MPOX ALERT by Indonesian Ministry of Health:

      The Ministry of Health of Indonesia has launch Electronic Health Declaration ‘SATUSEHAT Health Pass’, as a preventive action to MPOX. People who will enter Indonesia territory required to fill the electronic form from below link or scan the QR code. The electronic form should be completed at departure point. The QR code that has been received after completing the form will become a pass to clear from the arrival area at International Airport. Filling the electronic form upon arrival is still possible but should be avoided.

      This requirement will be monitor by Authority of Health Quarantine of Indonesia.

      Employee Training: Airline staff will receive education on Mpox, including recognition and handling of symptoms.

      Pre-Arrival Reporting: Airlines from affected regions must report any symptomatic crew or passengers 30 minutes before landing. Health documents, including Gendec and passenger manifests, should be submitted to BBKK Soekarno-Hatta officers immediately after landing.

      In-Flight Monitoring: Cabin crew must observe for symptoms like skin rashes and report any findings to BBKK Soekarno-Hatta officers before landing.

      Passenger Information: Passengers will be briefed on Mpox and preventive measures shortly before landing.

      Risk-Based Assessment: Cooperation with the Risk-Based Assessment (RBA) by BBKK officers is required.

      Aircraft Disinfection: All aircraft from infected regions will be disinfected upon arrival at Soekarno-Hatta and Halim Perdanakusuma airports, regardless of symptoms.

      1. If pax experience skin rashes, muscle pain, headache, fever and swollen lymph nodes, and have a history of contact with the patient, live/visit the affected area/country, contact a health worker immediately

      2. 30 minutes before landing at Soekarno Hatta and Halim Perdanakusuma airports, if passengers and crew are found experiencing signs and symptoms  of MPOX as mentioned above, to contact the phone number (specifically for MPOX alertness) as follows:

                      Landing at Terminal 1, phone number that can be contacted 0852 8876 8917 (dr. Cut Fonna)

                      Landing at Terminal 2, phone number that can be contacted 0812 1900 0904 (dr. Sahril)

        • Merchant Seamen must travel on duty and have a Letter of Employment or a Letter of Guarantee issued by the shipping company. The letter must state that a visa has been arranged before departure. They are visa exempt for a maximum stay of 14 days.
