Purchase Requirement

General requirements:

IndiGo is looking for accommodation requirements for its Cockpit crew in Delhi, preferably close to the airport, on an immediate basis for a contract period of 2/3 years. If you meet the pre-qualification requirements given below and are interested in participating in the bid, please share your expression of interest as given in the last section. Detailed and complete information shall be shared in the formal RFP to all the qualified bidders.

• 5 - star category
• 50-60 rooms per day should be available for IndiGo.
• All rooms should be King size bedded rooms for single occupancy and twin bedded for double occupancy.
• Room size should be no less than 30 square meters.
• Travel time from the airport should be under 10 KM.
• 24 hours dedicated check in Desk facility.
• Round the clock In-room dining facility
• Safety and security measures to the satisfaction of IndiGo.

• Please mention “Accommodation requirements for IndiGo Crew-”in the email subject.
• Name of your company and address of the property
• Star rating of property and total rooms in the property
• Contact details (Email ID and Cell phone number)
• Briefly describe the hotel, its location and its operator.
• Number of rooms in the hotel
• Number of room nights assured by the hotel
• Distance from the airport
• Vehicle for Airport Transfer
• Rooms available from [current or any specific date]
• 24 hrs Flexible check in & check out without any pre-block charges as rooms would be back to back basis
• Provide three times vegetarian or non-vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) to all Employees occupying the rooms at the Hotel in the form of 3 options (buffet; in-room dining from IndiGo format menu; and A La Carte meals).
• Provide 24 (twenty-four) hours high speed internet facility.
• Present Airlines Being Hosted

• Travel time from the airport should be under 14 KM & less than 45 Min travel time.
• 90-100 rooms per day should be available for IndiGo.
• All rooms should be on twin bedded for double occupancy & king size bedded rooms for single occupancy.
• 24 hours dedicated check in Desk facility.
• Round the clock In-room dining facility
• Safety and security measures to the satisfaction of IndiGo.
