About the offer

Below are the Terms and Conditions:

• This offer (“Offer”) is made by Airtel Payments Bank Limited (“Bank”) to its customers (“Customer/s”) booking IndiGo flight from January 03, 2019 to December 31, 2021 (both days included) (“Promotion Period”), only on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) using Airtel Money Wallet and Airtel Payments Bank Account (collectively, “Savings Account”).
• Subject to the terms of this Offer, the Bank shall pay 10% cashback, upto a maximum of ₹200/- (Rupees two hundred) to its Customers upon minimum Booking value of ₹1500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only).
• Offer is valid for only one (1) Booking per Customer during the Promotion Period. The first valid Booking made through Savings Account will be eligible for the Cashback.
• Cashback will be credited to the Customer’s Savings Account within seventy two (72) business hours from the time of Booking.
• IndiGo shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer, or non-receipt of Cashback. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer and/or the Cashback should be taken up directly with the Bank at wecare@airtelbank.com. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
• Offer not applicable on mastercard transactions.
• The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion. The Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. The Offer may be modified or terminated, at any time by IndiGo and the Bank, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
• All Bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in and the Bank’s terms & conditions available at http://www.airtel.in/personal/money/terms-of-use.
• Only resident citizens of India aged eighteen (18) years or above, are eligible to participate in the Offer. Any flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website or mobile application, will not be eligible for the Offer. The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings.
• The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of this Offer in case of any fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• By making IndiGo flight Booking through the saving’s Account during the Promotion Period, Customer unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions.
• The Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
