How to Reach?

Places to visit in Nashik

  • Pandavleni Caves: This group of twenty-four finely carved caverns, which date to the second century BC, reveals the Buddhist Hinayana architecture. From the third century BC to the second century AD, the Pandavleni caverns were carved. With the exception of the eighth cave, which is from the Chaitya, the caves all display vihara-style construction.
  • Anjaneri Mountains: The Hindu epic Ramayana is linked to the Anjaneri Mountains. It is thought that Lord Hanuman was born on this peak. On the mountaintop, there is a revered temple that is frequently visited by followers. The mountain bears the name Anjani, the mother of Lord Hanuman. A short trek is required to get to the mountaintop, and the view from the top is stunning.
